I would say yes, get them.
And let us know how they do.
They are owned by Bushnell, and make Simmons products now.

jrfrmn: In the search box type "simmons 4mp trail camera review"
When this page opens, select: Simmons 4MP Whitetail Cam Grey W/Night Vision Trail
Now scroll down to "Customer Reviews" for that model camera.
I did not find any reviews from: Cabelas, Gander Mountain and Bass Pro does not carry them. There are some mail in rebates but some offer a small one while another larger mail in rebate is offered. Check out the mail in rebate forum as it has a time limit and the offer is good in the U.S. only.
My suggestion would be to purchase either: 1)a Bushnell Trophy Trail camera which has a two year manufacture warranty and good customer service, 2)a Moultrie M80, M80XT, or the more expensive M100. Moultrie offers a one year manufacture warranty and good customer service. Personally, I have had good luck with Moultrie D55-IR 3ea., Moultrie M100 4ea., and 7 of the 2009 model Bushnell Trophy Trail cameras. I recently purchased a Moultrie D55-IRXT.
Cheaper products, in this case cameras do not have the good quality parts resulting in a hit and miss where some will work, while others will not.
Good luck in your choice.
