Dark Doe??
 

I went and hauled up my trail cam to try and find a different location for it. As no bucks have been showing up on it as of yet. I have had does, bears, and moose but still no bucks. With bow hunting opening up this October I decided to move it. This dark doe had shown up on my trail cam just before I had went in to get it.. Has anyone ever seen a doe this color?? What would make it so dark? Is it something like a deer being albino or something along those type of lines and just a color for this one deer?? Anyways here she is..

could be changing into her winter coat

She lays out in the sun a lot so she has a good tan.

I am seeing a few in dark gray this yr too.

I do not recall ever seeing one that dark before.. Maybe it is just a winter coat coming in and the trail cam angle is making it darker than normal?? Or it is just a color phase that this doe has.
