good question as I don't really know. It is a Moultrie Mxd80 set at Hybrid which takes Plot photos both morning and evening and then is a night trail cam.

It is set to take a series of 4 photos at this point.

Do you like the hybrid setting over the reg trail cam setting?

At this point yes but I need to experiemnt more and I go back in a week to see what I got.
The PLOT setting does give me morning and night over 700 pictures to which one can play at 5X to check for activity. So far I ahve enjoyed that and that is how I caught that buck I posted as well as turkeys to which I will hunt later this fall.

I have not tried the video or used it as just a trail cam or just the plot. Both cameras are set as Hybrid to which is a Plot camera during sunrise and then sunset and then a Trail Cam at night.

PREDATE - I went back and checked my folder and got 24. Now the camera is set to take a series of 4 photos. So I had 8 trigger events that night. I did get a doe and then the fox fight as well as that bat flying with the fox and a few blanks too.

I go back in a week to see what I got. I will also check distance as the photo shows an area to the farthest open tree is close to 55 yards. That road is 5 yards or so.

That is pretty cool getting a bat on your trailcam. Without a doubt it is a lot faster than my Stealth or my cheapo WildGame Inovations. Thanks for sharing.
