Does not work sensor.

Hi everyone. I know little English. I'm sorry.
I bought two new bushnell cam trophy(n119436). They are not sensitive to movement. When not making photographs from across the living. Do you wonder settings did I go wrong? Or Is the sensor broken? Could you help me?
