need help
 

I have a Wildgame Innovations game camera IR4 that takes great pictures at day but night pictures are nothing but black pictures except for the eyes. When I first got it it took good pictures at night also. I put new batteries in it and still no night pictures except black ones. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do or what I`m doing wrong. Would really appreciate some input!!

5he filter that converts the lense from daytime color to nightime IR is stuck in the daytime position and is not allowing the lense to see the IR light. Send it back and PRAY it is still under warranty.
