Great service from Bushnell
Recently my Bushnell Trophycam began having issues. All daytime pics were completely whited out and the daytime videos were all in in black and white. I sent it in to Bushnell and within two weeks they had sent me a brand new replacement camera that was an upgrade of the model I had. I'm not sure of the age of my Trophycam but I'm pretty sure I was coming up on the two year mark. I just thought it was outstanding customer service and is definately worth mentioning. Thank you

I have had good customer service with Bushnell in regards to emails I have sent requesting information. Another good service offered, is their two year manufactures warranty. I have seven of their 2009 model Bushnell Trophy Trail cameras. These cameras have given good service so far.

My camera was the 2010 model and it always had issues. They upgraded me to the 2011 model which has audio with video and a plot watcher mode. IMHO they went above and beyond what I expected.
