Updating Moultrie M-80 software?
 

I am having trouble updating the software for my Moultrie M-80. I download the software and unzip the file. The instructions say to copy the file and save it on a clean SD card. It says the file should be named main.elf? How do I save the file to the card as a file called Main.elf? Please help if you can?

dgreco: I downloaded the software update, selected open and came up with: M-80-M-80X update only. Double click on this will open up to :Main.elf
Doing a right click on this normally would give you choices where to send it: my documents, a drive etc. This did not show. What comes up is cut, copy, delete. I even put an SD card in the computer. Nothing happened when selecting copy.
I have done this with my Moultrie GameSpy D55-IR and it worked with Windows XP. Windows 7 fails to recognize this the download you want.

Thx. I have windows 7 and that must have been the problem. I used 7-zip to open the file and the Main.elf file showed up. Down load worked.
