I have purchases two Wildgame Innovation camera before yesterday. Both of them were defective right out of the box. I vowed I'd never buy another one.
Yesterday I wanted to get a trail cam before heading to the cabin today. I went to Dick's. All they had were Wildgame Innovations.
I decide to give them one more try. Put the camera out last night behind my house for a trial run. Pulled the card this morning and it's 37 pictures of just white.
What's up with these cameras? Anyone else have as bad luck as I have with them?

I've had a primos truthcam 60 since Christmas with no problems. Never tried wild game innovations, and I probably won't after reading about your troubles.
I'd be pretty pissed if I spent $100 or more on something and it was defective right out of the packaging.

What model did you get? I have had a wildgame innovations ir4 for two years now and it has been great. Best cam for the money in my opinion. I paid $69 for mine. Very good battery life, nice pics and good trigger speed. The only thing I don't like is it only takes one pic at a time, no burst mode. Scoot

The problem I've always found with the lower priced cameras is the quality is inconsistant. You might get one that works great for years and then again you might go through 3 or 4 to get a good one.

The biggest problem we see with selling trail cameras is what was stated above, inconsistent quality. We do get the occasional returns of lower Bushnell trophy cams and a few others more then we get the higher priced ones returned. However this can be deceiving information because we sell a lot more of the lower end cameras then higher end.
