Default Moose Pictures

These pictures were taken with a Kodak digital camera near Moosomin, Saskatchewan, Canada. On my way home, the cow came onto the road first, then the bull. Getting my camera ready, they proceeded to walk down the road with me slowly following. When they left the road they stood eating by some bushes about 50 yards off the road, not even concerned about me. I took pictures and watched them for about 10 minutes. They were still there when I left. Pictures were taken from a vehicle with engine still running so as not to scare them.

The moose pop up once in awhile in that area. There is getting to be a few more. I think they put on a limited license draw in that area last year. I also added one more picture to that post. For some reason when up loading the group, one failed to upload properly.

What a majestic animal. I'd like to hunt those some day.
