Default Is this the same deer? Help me out fellas...

the deer in the first picture looks like it could possibly be a different deer. every other picture is of a deer we named "Butterbean" and we have over 600 pics of him from august all the way through the end of october then he disappeared. im trying to figure out if this is him comin back or if its a different deer. butterbean's left main beam has a goofy little kicker at the end of it which makes him a 9 and it didnt allow for the main beam to grow the full lenght and to become symmetrical with his other side. this "new" deer's main beam seems to be just fine with no flaws and it matches his other side. help me out guys

also i know since his head is tilted back that it could be playing tricks with my eyes but i believe the first deer's left side is completely different than the bucks left side in the rest of the pictures
