Camera for thieves???

Hey guys, this is my first post on huntingnet. I've been having some problems with some thieves and vandlising some of our tree stands. Thought about a trail camera to find out who is stealing my supplies. I haven't ever owned a trail camera but always wanted one just for wildlife pictures. Definitly don't want one that has a flash or they'll likely see it and steal it as well...What would be a good, reasonably priced camera to do this. I'll probably put it up fairly high in the tree where it would be hard to get if they did spot it. Thanks guys!

Hey welcome to the forums, hope you enjoy you're time here. Sorry to hear of your theft problem, it seems to be a growing trend. I would suggest a Bushnell Trophycam. It is very small and therefore very concealable. They cost about $200 and are pretty reliable. A couple of great places to read camera reviews are www.traicampro.com and www.chasingame.com. I would def hang the camera high in a tree and try to conceal it well if theft is a problem. I would also make sure you use a security box. Hope it all works out for you.

Blessings......Pastorjim

I'd recommend a Scoutguard. They are the size of a 12oz can.
