Hey..this is my first game camera..this is a backyard picture.I was just wanting to see the quality of the pic. I think it's pretty good for a cheap camera.I got over 200 pics last night..wanted to make sure the camera would continue to work ..it did.sorry for the crooked picture.[ -; now I'm ready to stick the camera in the woods.:s4:

Hey Chuck, You got any daytime pics from that unit? Since I prefer white-flash cams, and the choices are so limited in that category, that is a camera I am thinking of buying. When you get some pics be sure to post 'em up here. Hope all is well with you and your family.

This camera jim is more of a first timer's camera ...it did not have good reviews..my next camera will be a Cuddleback..I just saw this last one in Walmart and bought it..

negatives..slow wake up..
..very heavy..6 D batteries

Positives..easy , cheap, takes a memory card{Sure they all do LOL} it works , also I can put my name on the pics..I wasn't sure what that code thing was ;)...for the poor man or newbee.. ok camera

I'll send a day light pic soon...today.

Chuck7: I was looking at that make of camera here at Wal Mart in Canada last
week. For the price of the camera, especially day picture, I can't see where one
could go wrong. Thanks for posting.

Here were some of the review complaints..but I'll add my comments to thier complaints

1. Complaint said camera was hard to close..
tight but not hard..

2. camera goes to sleep and does not come back on..
I haven't seen that yet.

3. Lot's of pics but no game..
I haven't had that problem either..ifyour aim is good..generally game travels slow..especially our hogs and deer in the night.I can't imagine no pics.

4. Slow wake up..
I don't call between 2.75 and 3 seconds that slow.

5. Bad Moultrie service..
hey you get what you pay for.

6. not good quality pictures..
I'm very satisfied with mine.

7. Too heavy and bungie cords are weak that came with it.
I agree..you may need some stronger cords and wedges to wedge the camera..it is heavy...but no big deal..

Overall..I'm happy..I only hunt in WMA so my camera use will be limited

Chuck7: An idea for replacing the bungee cord. Obtain some heavy
stainless steel wire or stainless steel welding rod. Now make two flat
loops (one for each side) where the bungee cord hooks into. In a
sporting good store, go to the camping area. They usually have tie
straps for tieing up a sleeping bag. They may also have buckles, a
roll over one would also work. This one works much like a lever: feed
your strap around a tree etc., tighten and role the lever over. If
not the buckle will work fine. Bushnell is one camera that uses the
buckle. One reason the camera is so heavy is the use of 6 "D" batteries.
