Hard Horn in Wisconsin

Got a picture of what looks like a 1.5 year old buck that has shed his velvet. Our big boys still haven't shed yet. I'm hoping to get a shot at either of these big boys!

Does anybody know how to make the pictures smaller. I go to resize in photobucket and do the 640 by 480 and it doesn't seem to make them smaller?
