From what I've seen, some of them take pretty decent pics. You always need to be careful when buying lower priced cameras because the quality doesn't seem to be as consistant from camera to camera.

My brother has one and I thought there was quite a bit of delay time from motion detection to picture action. I walked by it 2 or 3 times and was well out of the main lens focus area before it went off. I can't tell you what model he has, but, I know it was one for under a hundred bucks.

I have 2 of the ir4s and I really like them. I have them over salt licks, they take good pics, and some awsome video. I did have a problem with it one time, sent it to them on Mon. got a new one the following Tues. I will be buying another soon.
