Perhaps a new look in trailcaming?

Birds and butterflies...? ;)

Bottom left. ;)

Haha, just kidding...
Birds and butterflies are boring.
Heres the story on them.... I had my camera set up along a old fence line that my grandpa was gonna get taken out and I didn't know when the dozer was comin and my camera was in the way so my grandpa had to go out there and move it.. I had my camera set up at the right angle and I took probably 15 minutes of setting it up and checking for sunlight and all and when my grandpa moved it he just took it out of the ground and went and threw it up in probably the worst spot ever.. He faced it about 4 feet away from another fence line and he had it faced right at it... with a bunch of weeds sticking up in front And on the other side of the fence was a downslope hill..

Guess who got the best picture? My grandpa!!! I spent all that time setting it up and all I got was a picture of a couple fawns.. and a field working bus full of migrants. :D

This is what he got...

First buck of the year and biggest buck I have ever gotten on camera :D

Heres what I got...

Twins.

Birds.

Haha sorry that buck pic and fawn pics were the only deer I got... The rest were birds and butterflies.. :D Heres a few.

Sruttin his stuff it looks like..

Sorry guys, I haven't been doing my job in posting pictures for you all!! I use to post pictures every week! but to tell you the truth i've been slackin. I didn't even get the cameras out until about a few weeks ago. And now I had to take them back down so my dad can take them up to minnesota bear hunting... Its a pain not being 16 yet.. Id be out there scouting more and hanging cameras if I was. :D Good thing my girlfriend just turned 16 a few days ago. :D Im gonna have a new hunting buddy!

That's a bruiser buck for sure Andrew, hope you get a crack at him. As for having more time to scout now since your GF is 16.............I don't know. :s13::s13:

Nice pictures. The birds are interesting. I had a pair of bank swallows kept landing on or flying around one of my cameras in May. I had the camera mounted on a fence post. They must have had a nest nearby. Thanks for sharing.

Nice picture of a bus, I have a camera in some swamp land, and have been trying for years to get a picture of the elusive yellow bus. I guess I need to move the camera back to the middle of a corn field, last time I only got the common green tractor though.

That buck is a Hoss.

You may never have gotten a picture of the Big Buck if your Grandpa hadn't moved your trail camera? Is the fence line still there where the camera was.....maybe the Big Buck is crossing right there along that fence row?If it is still there I would pull the top strand of wire down, tie it off to the next strand so the Buck can cross it easier and set your camera up to see if he is crossing there...You may get lucky and have accidently found a good spot to set up and hunt? ;)
