how to make my camera theft proof

I got one big woods with alot of pressure, but it borders a state area of no hunting what so ever, so there is usually decent deer every year. Problem is a few people there have sticky fingers! Any suggestions on how to make my set up theft proof?

Sorry, there is no way to make something completely theft-proof. You can make things alot more difficult for a potential thief. I use a security box for all my cameras. These boxes lag-bolt to the tree with a 3.5in lagbolt and I also use a padlock and python cable. But if someone wanted it bad enough, I'm sure they would get it. All those precautions I use do, is keep an honest man honest.

well said pastorjim, take all the precautions mentioned and you'll prevent the unprepared guy from stealing it...that is until he goes home to get some tools. If they want it bad enough they will get it
