Cuddeback Capture IR Troubleshooting
 

I have a new Cuddeback Capture IR and I am having issues with it saving pics onto the memory card that I have for it. I know it takes the photos, but I have tried several different memory cards and none of them have stored any pics onto them.

Am I doing something wrong? I've tried taking out the batteries to reset it, tried the card in several different computers, etc....all to no avail. I will be calling them this week but was wondering if anyone on here has had the same issue as me.

Had you previously used those cards in any other devices? If so, they may not be formatting to the camera. Try a brand new card and see what happens. Hope this helps.

Thanks, the cards work in our digital cameras so we don't know what is up. We tried reformatting them last night, but then I tried a completely different card this morning in the Cuddeback and it seems to work fine now.....who knows!
