Picture of yeti captured on homebrew camera!
Guys, pay no attention to the subject matter but I'm so proud I could just bust. These are my first pics from the camera I have been building. There is a bit of a halo but I will get it figured out. I just wanted my buddies to be the first to see these pics.
By the way, this is what the unit looks like after it was finished. Blessings.....Pastorjim |
Awww man, I though I was gonna see a Yettie!

PHONY!!!!!
congrats Jim! |
Very nice. As to the "halo", the picture of the camera has a few high gloss spots. I wonder if this is causing a feed back on your pictures. Maybe in the picture of the camera the light is just shining on the high spots. Just a thought.

Jim, I'm glad you got it working. Looks like it could be some "flash bleed". Do you have it set to flash all of the time? If so disable the forced flash and that could narrow it down.

Looks great Jim! Cant wait to see somoe real animal pics from it.

good job jim ! can't wait to see some animal pics !

Congrats on a great looking build, pastorjim. Could also be just a smear on the glass. I've had it happen before, and a thorough cleaning with eyeglass cleaner, a Qtip and a cotton ball solved my problem. Hope it's just as easy for you........
