Looks like on the first picture there might be a scar on oppisite side of missing leg.Then again it may just be discolored hide.

3 legs for sure. Years ago while bowhunting in PA I watched a big rack 8pter chasing a doe during the rut. Let me tell you that buck never missed a step and he only had 3 legs. He was missing his right front from the leg joint down.

Just because the Doe lost a leg doesn't mean she isn't cautious and uses her other senses to keep from getting shot!A friend of mine had a Doe on his Farm for several years,he watched her raise several Fawns and even a set of Twins one year,he was informed by his Wife that he had better not ever shoot her.My Brother In-Law has several pictures of a big 8-Point Buck with only 3-legs that eluded him during Bow Season until finally a Neighbor's Daughter shot him during Rifle Season.

That is what i was thinking, I say that right away.. Maybe a old shot that injuried the other side and the doe lost that leg.. but if defiantly looks like a 3-legger
