Here is a buck I got when he was in velvet and then later on when he shed his velvet. Hopefully nexy year if he made it through the season there will be three pics, one in velvet, one without it and then the final one will be him in the back of my truck.

be a good buck in about 3-5 years..looks perty young to me, so maybe a few more years of pics and you could have a run like "Freak Daddy" ..that was cool...4 years worth of pics to have an awesome hanger.

How old do you guys think he is? I am horrible at aging deer.

If I were to offer a guess at his age, I would use comparisons of what age he would be if he lived in Illinois. My guess would be 1 1/2 year old. Not sure if this would correlate to deer in NY.

Thanks guys, I just hope he makes it another few years. Not everyone around our 150 acre farm practices QDM.

its a 1.5 or POSSIBLY, but daubt it. a 2.5 year old deer, next year he will be nice, two years he will really be sumthin
