You need to be logged into your account when saving the link.
To have a preview thumbnail follow these tips:
At photobucket hover over the video and click on the bottom option "link options",
Then highlight the link for :
IMG for bulletin boards & forums < Clickable Thumbnail
On the forum click on Insert Link and past the URL from photobucket.
You should now have a clickable preview thumbnail in your post.

Nope, doesnt work. All you posted was the direct link to photobucket. Log in to your PB account, then minimize that screen and open huntingnet again, then minimize HNI, re-open PB and highlight the pic you want, then right click, select copy, then open HNI and right click, select paste.
