More Ohio pics!

Just checked my cams today, so far only 2 of my bucks have shed an antler. Both are 1.5 year olds. Pike

Awesome! I like how you got a pic of that buck on the 30th, and he has already dropped one side.

Hi J Pike:
What model of Wildview trail camera are you using? Are you using the "C" batteries or the 12 volt external? The pictures look good and set up over a bait station, the Wildview perform much better due to slower trigger time. Thanks for sharing.

The pics that you can see the entire feeder are from an Xtreme 5 cam and the pics that you can see just one leg of the feeder are from an Xtreme 4. I just use C batteries.
Yes Wildviews have a slow trigger but they have a very wide angle sensor so when I use one of my Wildviews on a trail ect. I just position the cam about 12 ft. from the trail and 99% of the time I get the entire deer in the pic. In my opinion Wildview Xtreme 4 & 5 cams are the best cam for the money. I own 7 of them and the only one I had an issue with was because of ants infesting the cam and ruining the LCD. but Wildview replaced it with a brand new cam no questions asked. Pike

Hi J Pike:
Thanks for the quick response. Greatly appreciated. I'm using the earlier version: "Wildview EZ-Cam". I have mine out in the extreme cold that we have had in lower Manitoba, down to -32 degrees Farenheit a few nights. I have them hooked up to the 12 volt external power supply using the 300 series Energizer batteries purchased at Walmart. These batteries have been out since early September. I check the batteries once or twice a week using a multimeter. Thanks again.
