Those are good prices, especially on the Reconyx but it doesn't say anything about warranty so I'd be a little reluctant to buying one without a warranty.

Cameras that are field tested usually remain outside for only 2-4 weeks. Most demo cameras come with complete packaging and all original contents, but not all of them.
