'09 Cuddeback Capture

Am I the only one who thinks the new Capture's attachment system STINKS? At least with the older system you could screw it into the tree from the inside and it would have to be broken to steal it. With this "new" strap system you only have to undo the strap and walk away with it! I think they went from bad to worse with their attachment system.

I bought this metal piece at my local hardward store. It is made by Standly and have no idea what it is actually for. I drilled a hole in the center for the camera screw and two outer holes for a Python cable.

All my cameras are like that.

And i have a newsflash for you,

If a thief finds your camera, and wants it, he will get it. No matter how secure you think it is.
