First buck picture of the year.
 

Ok, he is not the first but he is a start. He gives me a good idea on what he will be this year. Not the one we are looking for maybe, he will show up in the next month or so.

This is a picture that I took of a doe that stays behind the house for the most part. I have a corn feeder ina tree just to feed the deer an other animals year round.

Yes they are off limits. Simply so I can look out the window an shootthem with my Nikon D40 camera with a 300mm VR lens. She was about 80 yards away from the window.

The picture is a little grainy had too slow down the shutter speed slow enough to get enough light to make the picture look as good as I could make it. I knowit does not look like it but it was getting dark. The bigger lens are nice for such a chore.
