Reconyx
John,
Maybe you should disclose what your price range is... as the Reconyx is top of the line and is anything but cheap.

And what you want to use the cam for. On a trail? watching a feeder? The more info you give us, the better we can help you out.

johnbt16,

Here is a link to another site that can be a great source of information www.trailcampro.com I have bought several cameras from them and I'm here to tell you that you would have a hard time beating their customer service. Some of the most helpful people I've ever dealt with. Hope this helps.

Blessings.....Pastorjim

In your case I think I would go with a SG550 or check out the Buchnell trophy cam. Check out the review on Chassingame.

For $200.00 you can't beat the SG550 or the Bushnell trophy cam!!!

Man, the guys above have nailed it.... the Reconyx is amazing! I can't say enough about the one we use! Day or Night, in ANY temp... it never misses a beat and WILL produce more images than you even thought possible for a trail cam! Even the night images are excellent.... here is a standard quality night IR pic. I also love the labeling and branding features. It even comes with some pretty good software.

I have two Reconyx's myself an they are awesome. But if I was not using them it would be either Leaf River cameras or SG550 or Moultries.
