martinfaw,

Are any of those pictures a picture of the bear that appeared in the episode of Andy Griffith where the bear got in the squad car after the mayor insisted they go out and pick up Jess cause he didn't return to jail on time? Just wondering!
Actually, great pics. thanks for sharing.

A sow and 4 cubs, this Isn't something you see every day If ever at all!! I seen It once 2 years ago and couldn't believe my eye's. The funny thing was I bet the sow was close to 400lbs. Biggest sow I've ever saw.

Schultzy,

believe it or not this sow actually had 5. Another friend of mine that lives by Tim got a pick of her with all five. The fifth was soooo tiny though I'm sure it finally died.
I would have never believed it if I didn't see it with my own eyes.

Those are some nice pics but do the bears ever destroy the cameras? Also, do you carry a gun when you go and check your cameras? I would. lol

I hope baiting is legal in your states. If not I wouldn't post those photos

I use bear safes on all my cams. Bears or no bears I can't see why anyone wouldn't want to use them.

matters - it is legal to bait bears in Wisconsin. Bear bait is a large part of my business in the summer and early fall.
