It looks like 2 coons to me. One just slightly behind and to the left of the other. The one in front looks like hes looking down is why you can't see his "mask" as well. You know they're there as you have clear pictures of them.

Im 75% sure its a owl.....25% it could a a badger. Badgers are extremely rare in Ohio.

I would say that it could be a raptor of some sortlanding on the ground. Looks like a birds face and wings at the sides.
