Moultrie I40
 

I bought one a few months ago and Im having trouble taking pictures at night. It will take great black and white pics during the twilight, but only takes solid black pics at night as if the infrared flash is not coming on. Does anybody have and idea of whats going on or the same problem?

you can put your i-40 thru a test.

there is test button on left side below.

if it shows like code 00300,i think that code, it means your IR flash is defective.

your manual should show you what codes mean.

if not, pm me and i will get codes.

just guess, you have to have good batterys for ir flash to work.

does your charge show above 30%..are you using DURACELL BATTERYS.
