I would say bobcat as well of which I have only seen one of in my lifetime to date and that one was running full tilt across a field the day I saw it.. Last year.. It looked the same as the one on your trail camera to me..

I have seen feral cats that inbreed enough they will end up having "nub-tails" or no tails at all. That being said, that is a large cat for a house cat!

Could easily be tail at an angle that makes it appear small too... looks big, but I say house cat.
