Not A White Tail
I have a small ranch in SW Texas in the Edwards County area. There a lot of white tail, but not as many as I would Like. LOL
We do have a lot of these and they will just have to do in a pinch. Not selling anything or promoting anything but good times, fun, friends, deer camp, and basically just giving each other a hard time. All in good fun. www.swinehuntersintexas.com |

RE: Not A White Tail
Those are Axis deer we have lots of them on my ranch and in the Hill Country of Texas. If you ever ate one you would know it to. It can be said arguably they are better then White Tail.Really great looking meat with some marbling in it. They originally came from India, they got lose in the Texas Hill Country and have spread very well. In Texas they are considered a feral or exotic and are legal to hunt year round, 24 hours a day. We hunt them on our ranch with solar lights set up around the blinds and hunt them at night also. But when it is 105 degrees during the day, night is the best option in August. Come by my poorly done non-politically correct webpage and see some more and please say hello if you like. www.swinehuntersintexas.com |
