Thanks Steve! Im very proud of that one. My oldest son was in a double stand with me that morning. He had already killed his one buck (OBR) with a bow so he got to watch it all go down. Im proud of him because he was Doe hunting that morning, and because we had spotted this guy an hour before with no shot enter a thicket, he passed on Does because he didnt want to scarehim off. Hemade a good decision and this buck stepped out at 40 yards and inailed him

I've actually got quite a few of these situations on my computer, but I'll post up my most recent from last year.

I had pictures of this buck through the 2006 season, in velvet and without.

Then again in the 2007 season, both with and without velvet. This is a picture from the night before I took him and the after picture.
