Number one, moultrie has great customer service, really nice people on the phone. It looks like they are going to replace both of my problem cams. Very pumped....the only problem I ran into was finding proof of purchase...lucky me, I bought one online at walmart, simple point and click and I have one, the other was bought at gandermountain, after talking to everyone in the store, I got the number to the corp office. they are emailing me the other proof of purchase.....well at least things are moving in the right direction. Hopefully in the next few weeks I can do an update showing to new cams and my smiling face!

i must have missed your original thread. what problems did you have?

One just stopped working, 8 months old. the other is 11 months old and it is now taking 75% all white out photos and the ir flash stopped working.
