bad eyed doe

I have recently put my cuddy cam out on my land at home and have gotten several pics of a doe I used to get on my old moultrie in 2006. This doe is at least 3 years old by now but I noticed the same thing about her I remember in her pics in 2006. Only her right eye will shine at night when her pic is taken. Her left eye will not shine at all. My question is: Do you thing this means she is blind in that left eye and if not, why don't it shine like the right eye. I have never gotten a pic of a deer with this problem on any of my other cams here or at the deer stand area where I hunt. Any ideas?
