XD vs. SD card

Bought a moultrie 150 day bat life M40 flash. does it need SD cards or will XD cards work. I have two, a 128 MB and a 16 MB. Will one of these work or should I just buy a cheap bigger card. Not sure what the difference is b/n SD and XD anyways lol

RE: XD vs. SD card

You will need to use the card that the camera is made for. If it is the same as my Moultrie M60, it is the SD card.

There are a handful of different memory cards for cameras and you have to use the one specified.

RE: XD vs. SD card

They are shaped different.

XD cards won't fit into a SD slot.

XD cards is a type of flash memory card mainly used in digital cameras. Stands for extreme digital. They came out in 2002. XD cards are not supported as much as SD cards or compact flash cards.

You will need a SD card.

I suggest a 1gig or bigger card. Takes allot of pics before needing changed.
