I got an I-40 on Friday. It takes pictures perfectly, but screen on the outside where it tells how many pictures have been taken, is messed up. The numbers on the right side are blurred and jittery.

I called to Moultrie to see if I could get it fixed of replaced, but their answering machine said their offices were closed till Monday. Ill call them back then and see what they can do for me.

Anyone else ever experience this??? How is Moultrie's customer service?

Im sure its just a minor problem, and I am hoping Moutrie will fix me up soon

a lot of moultries have this problem and others. my buddy bought four of them and threw them all in the garbage.

i just bought 2 moultrie I40 a few days ago....they both work great...i think they are the best camera....especially for the price!

I am sure you will get the problem worked out tomorrow. Call the place you bought it from first.
