I'll throw in the Trail Watcher 2035. It takes very good quality photos and the rechargeable battery in the Sony camera has a good life.

i love my cuddeback, but pretty soon the moultrie guys will come on and tell you how they're the best camera for the money and bash on cudde. contrary to what all these guys are about to say cuddeback is the best you can get.

you did say QUALITY photos. i don't know if picture quality gets much better than this. the battery life is outstanding as well. 4 d's should last several months at the very least. i would reccomend a flash model if you want good pics, the ir's take black and whites at night that aren't very nice to look at. some of your best pictures/biggest bucks will be at night.

Ok, if you insist. Moultrie D40 owner here, and live it so far. My only complaint so far, is that I am having problems with my battery life. I am only getting a couple weeks out of my batteries. I talked to a dealer at the deer classic, and he told me that I should call Moultrie, and see what they say. (he dont sell the D40) HE thinks that I must have a bad one, because they are suppose to get at least 60 days on one set of betteries.[:@]
