LOOKS WET.
OR MAYBE ITS A WOUND FROM RUBING HIS SHEDS OFF ON A FENCE OR SOMTHING YOU NEVER KNOW WITH DEER I SEEN ON KILLED WITH BARB WIRE STUCK IN HIS RACK SO MAYBE HE WAS CAUGHT IN THAT.

EITHER WAY GOOD EYE ON SPOTTING THAT.
