Easton Outdoors-Was it a sasquatch???

I watched easton outdoors recently and the host was hunting bear. He said he had a feeling that someone was watching him the whole trip. They look at the trailcam and got 7 frames of a creature that he could not describe. I think he was trying to say it was a big foot but didnt want to lose credability. It shows th image and it has to be a huge animal. It had a thigh bigger than mine and i have big thigh. It had to be 7 foot tall. Its pretty creepy. What are your guys thought????Anyone else see it on TV???

i saw that episode as well. I've got the tivo/DVR where you can rewind live t.v. and I spent a good ten minutes rewinding this. It honestly creeped me out. They were obviously in bear country but I really don't think that this was a bear. All I know is that it was a BIG animal and just wish it would have came into the view finder more.

Either way I don't think it was a bear and don't know if it was "bigfoot" but do know that you do see a leg on the camera and then something higher up on the body and I know that if your looking at a bear, once you reach the top of its leg, it levels off with the rest of the body. It was creepy and wieird!!!!

while searching for the clip through google, i found that this has made quite a splash with the "bigfoot chasers" community. they have a message board dedicated to bigfoot sightings.
no results on the clip

Ya know, I am not totally against the idea of animals being out there that we do not know about, new ones are found all the time in the sea. When I lived and hunted in South Florida, there was a mystic about a big-foot, but they called it a skunk ape, that was seen, tracks found, etc. in Big Cypress Preserve. A lot of people thought it was an ex poacher who owned a small camp ground and visitor center in the Big Cypress National Preserve. He has casts of the prints, poop, etc. there. I was talking to him one day and said that if I ever saw anything like that while hunting that I was going to shoot it! And I would. There are no laws saying I can't and if it turned out to be some idiot wearinga costume, well here's your sign. If they are out there, with more and more people getting further into the backwoods, the tech that we have, we will surely find out before to long. Saddam couldn't even hide from us...LOL

not to bash your theory or anything....just my opinion but in the slow mo part of the video it looks more like hair then a camo suit to me....just my opinion...

this is why if i ever see bigfoot i will try to kill it. no evidence other than a body will be enough to convince anyone. so, don't walk by my stand in an ape costume, you will be shot.

You would think that you would see a back pack or the barrel of a gun if it was someone dressed in a guille suit.

RE: Easton Outdoors-Was it a sasquatch???

my guess is just a hunter, ive seen pictures of myself in full camo on my trail cam before and it even took me a lil while to figure out what it was. i would have liked to have seen that guy standing in the same position as where the "creature" walked to geta size reference but i'd still be skeptical.

That's exactly what my first thought was. That would have been the very first thing I would have done, just for my own curiousity's sake. Maybe we should post this idea on his site and see what the response would be.

I think it's only a matter of time before someone gets really good footage of something, what with all the trailcams being used now adays.

I creeped my mom out when I showed her a picture of me when I was in camo from my camera....then she took a closer look,

Big Foot is a damn scam and a half in my book.

No way it's a sasquach, though it isn't an animal. If bigfoot existed, they would have easily been discovered by now. There has to be enough to breed, and we'd find scat and bones, hair, etc. With game cameras, we'd even have photos by now. I'd like to believe it as much as the next guy, but we need to get real. This isn't akin to finding a new spider like creature at 10,000 feet deep in the ocean.
