We passed up this buck because we think he is only 3 1/2 years old. His names whaletail because of the dip in his left main beam that looks like an elk. Estimated score: 155-160" What do you all think of him??

Nice Buck. Maybe he can gain some mass in another year or two get circumference scores up. Doesnt look real heavy in 3rd pic. I cant make much out of first two.

yea the first 2 aren't very good pics. . . thats one of the reasons we are leaning to 3 1/2 instead of 4 1/2 years old because a 4 1/2 will typically have more mass . other reasonsare that he has the body,face and attitudeof a 3 1/2 year old

that's a nice deer and a good one to let grow, but it's not 160. i doubt it would score more than 140. he'll be a real hummer in the next year or two.
