Whats a Good Affordable Camera???

I have been doing some research on trail cameras and like anything they all get mixed reviews. I would like some opinions on a camera that would be affordable ($150-$250), good pics, good battery life and can stand up to the cold Wisconsin winters.

The biggest complaints I have been coming across is battery life and Flashes not working. Does someone make a good quality camera with these features....Any input would be great.... Thanks

I would say the Moultrie I-40 would fit your request. 3 to 4 month battery life (mine has been out 1 month and taken 2,000 pictures and is at 80% battery), Good trigger time (1.5 seconds), I've seen pictures from folks with below zero readings on them. I like mine. They run $200 most places.

get a moultrie I40, works very well to around -5, battery life is awesome in cold temps, cant beat it for $200.

I have the Moultrie IR-40 and it has been a great camera. Plus moultrie had an issue with whiteouts at first and to fix all you had to do is get the update off there site and put it in your camera. Most places you would have had to send there camera back and pay shipping cost. I loaded in the new updates and have not had one white out picture since then. Battery life is great and picture quality is good. Think I payed 219 for it. If I bought another camera would get the same one again.

Moultrie is hard to beat for the money. I've had mine 2 years and its works just fine for me.
