Nice buck...

This is one of the nicest bucks that I have seen on my property. Too bad I didn't see him more during daylight hours and earlier in the season:(. Maybe he will stay around till next year and be even better:). Any ideas on what he may score? Looks like one of his tines is split...

Very nice buck! Hard to tell inside spread and what the left side looks like from that picture but I would put money on it that is a 130"+ deer.

Does your camera put the temp and moon phases on the picture like that? If so, what type of camera is that? I really like that feature and I'm in the market for a 2nd cam.

Camera is a Moultrie gamespy and I believe that it is the 3.3 MP model. Nice camera but has a slow trigger. If you are going to use the camera over a feeder, then you can't beat it for the price / quality...

I was told about 150 by a friend of mine who was looking at a deer that was shot on a game ranch that was right around the same size...

Sorry, It is just hard to tell the inside spread from a profile picture and I can't get a good feel for the left side of the rack from that picture.

I would guess 20" main beams, 4" G1, 7" G2, 9" G3, 6" G4 on the right. On the left I can see a G2 and G3 but not sure from that pic if it has the G4 on that side. Let's say 7" on the G2 and 6" on the G3 and 4" on the G1. Mass looks decent but nothing exceptional, let's figure 15" for all for circumferences on each side and a 17" inside spread. That all adds up to 130".

Now if there is a G4 on that left side that will give it a few more inches right there but I really can't see it in that picture.Maybe I'm a little light on the mass and spread, but I felt pretty confident that it was 130"+. 130"+ means anything larger than 130 so even if it is 170" I'm still right! ;)

I think I have a lot more chance of being right on that guess than those saying 150"+. They are wrong if it adds up to 149"! :D

Anyway you look at it, it is a very nice buck!
