Big 13 point

I took pictures of this deer one week before the Kansas rifle season. I am not sure how big this deer really is. Interested in a second opinion. Age and Score?

He appears to be maybe only 3 1/2 and maybe 150 gross???

Nice buck. I would have to say he's a 3 1/2 year old and gross around 148".
