This gutshot buck has been here for two weeks, nothing has come along to eat on it until T-giving night. I checked it this am and found the visitors.

I noticed the antlers in the pics....do you go back and get the antlers later or just leave them there>???

These pics are near Eureka MT. The buck was found dead next to an old homestead on my friends property, he will take the antlers after its all chewed up. It is technically illegal to take them until the head is has been naturally removed from the body.

I was expecting a yote, in fact I did get one back in a distance. Wolves are all over this place. Didn't expect the g-bears.
