What are yalls opinions on IR or flash?

I personally like the IR over the flash because I hunt public land and I don't want a beacon going off in the woods advertising it's position. The only draw back is you get a black and white picture. Either way the deer still notice the ir and the flash, they just get used to it.

I've never used a camera with IR but I think its something worth trying just to see if you like it..

Ill admit that flash might spook a monster but if you have been using the cams for years like in my case, the bucks get used to them as they grow up.

I've used three IR's (Lear River, Talon and Predator) along with 23 white flash trail cameras and I do not like the IR pictures. In my opinion there is a wide gap between the IR and the white flash pictures in general.
