Its the flash reflecting off the deer eye...my moultrie does it all the time, usually when theres water though....is it raining in the picture?

It is a Liton! very rare. Usually in south america. If they bite there is no known cure! catch it if you can. should be worth allot of money to someone.seen them on Stargate SG1. I would stay out of the woods.
