Default Tempting but let him walk

Opening night and this buck gave me numerous opportunities. Stood 18 yards away for 5-10 minutes then walked away and came back standing broadside at 22 yards for another 5-10. He had me thinking but in the end I let him walk. A lot of season left but I might regret it later. Very nice buck.

Good call. Give another year or two. He's got potential for sure. WCL

I would have pulled the trigger. My two gun seasons are only 7 days, 3 the first weekend and 4 the second. Meat in the freezer.

looks like a 10 pt to me. You can just barely make out the small points but they look like they are there. Gun season IF i had more time I would probably pass on him too. But Bow? AHAHAHAHAHAHA he would know what an arrow looked like at least. This year that buck would be shot by me as I have short time.Good luck hunting him in the future hope he lives.
