Chenango Dave, Nice bucks. You don't see a whole lot of those in Chenango County. Are you hunting private land? If so are you managing it with food plots? Good luck getting a crack at him this year! Looks like your doing some great scouting.

Thanks guys - this is on private farm land. No special food plots - just alfalfa and corn fields with some good stands of oaks in the woods.

Bowhunter Jim - not near Alden - its in Chenango county.

Nice buck. Did you look for his shed antlers last spring?

Dave,

My uncle emailed me your pics a day after I saw them on here. Looks like you emailed them to him and he forwarded them to me. Small world huh! Do you plan on bowhunting him? If so good luck man!

I'm pretty familiar w/chenango county. I know that you know that's a special buck for this county - heck it was special last year. Good Luck on him - hopefully you'll have chance at him early on.

Are you seeing other bucks with his antler type? I know that in past years - the True Trophy bucks that we've had (that no one ever seems toharvest) - leave their antler type as their legacy.

We are seeing a nice buck (3.5years old) - that looks IDENTICAL to one one of our hunters took in 2001. The similarity is Uncanny - and I think its not by chance.
