Need help ID'ing Moultrie Cam

In my quest for a few cheaper camera's for a spot I hunt where there is a increased chance of theft, I found a place selling refurbished Moultrie 100 and 200 Gamespy Camera's. They sell with a warranty, although not a 1 year like new one's, but they are like $75 for the 200's and $35 for the 100's.

Anyway, I got one to try out but Im unsure exactey what it is. It looks like a GDS-200, exept the display screen has the info box displayed with the camera off. It has places for pictures taken, remaining, events, delay, etc, etc. The other 200's were completely blank when off.

And the Model number says MFH-CDC instead of GDS-200. I've searched Moultries site but no info on this one. Does anyone know what I've got here?

And, what do you think of getting these refurbished cams, I got rechargeable 6v batteries for them. Would they work for my needs or do you think I'll have a lot of trouble out of them?

In a way, you might think if someone else had them and they had an issue, they were repaired so I wounder if the chances of getting a bad one is actually less than a new one?

If anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

my moultrie 2.1 megapixel cam gives the list on the screen when turned off..... it jsut doesnt have the external solar charger hookups like the newer ones

i use the rechargable batteries adn tehy tend to last longer than non rechargable ones to me.i use a solar charger as well but it doesnt keep them from going dead.just make them last a lil longer

Yeah, I forgot to mention it has the external plugs for a solar charger. Maybe its an earlier version of the Gamespy 200?

That could be the game watcher instead of the gamespy they are pretty much the same different megapixel and trigger speed was the only thing!

Trigger speed huh? Any idea which one has the best trigger speed by any chance? Probably the one I got is the slowest of the two.

Did you ever ID the camera? I just bought the same exact model and I could not find anything about it either.Looks like a nice unit but I don't know where to start.
