Great picture, that fox sure looks proud taking such a meal home to its family.I suppose foxes have to eat too!

Wow that is rare, a person does'nt see nearly as many gray foxe as you do the red ones and then with afawn in it's mouth. I would definately enter this in a contest. congrats on your rare pic!

Cool picture. Fresh cut hay fieldshold good sourceof food for alot of scavengers.Lots of small dead critters.

That is a great picture! - too bad the resolution isn't a little better. Very rare - probably once in 10 million.

I'm sure the fox was "mousing" in the field and found the deer - probably dead. But you don't see foxes scavanging that much ever - and definitely to get it on film is special.
